Using Accounts Receivable
The Accounts Receivable module allows you to manage and generate your company's statements, track client balances, and enter and distribute payments and write-offs.

- Import transaction information for transactions that are outside the normal billing and invoicing workflow.
- Enter details about payments, such as the bank used for deposits, the method of payment, and reference information.
- Post accounts receivable transactions.
- Correct or void posted AR transactions.
- Calculate finance charges for late payments.
- Distribute payments automatically or manually against invoices and finance charges.
- Generate and print statements for internal processes or to use when billing clients.
